We all seek out the most ideal vacation, wedding and honeymoon spots. This is for one simple reason. We want those rare occasions of complete freedom to be perfect. No one wants to spend their summer vacation in a dump, or waste their honeymoon on some seedy motel room and trashy town.
This is why I'm here to make you privy to one of our great nation's hot spots. You may have heard that the South serves up plenty of kindness and hospitality. Well, this is the utter truth. And it doesn't get any better than a Savannah bed and breakfast. This is the epitome of romance, R&R, fine dining, and beautiful scenery.
Lovely Savannah
Even when I was in high school, I heard that Savannah, Georgia was a city of great wealth. At the time I resided in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. After viewing a film that took place in the lovely Savannah, I inquired further information on the city from my parents, both who had spent some time there. They immediately informed me that the residents mostly come from old money. They're generally natives to the area, and it takes some major bucks to fit in their. Anyway, I wasn't so sure it was my destined spot just yet. A ways down the road I was engaged. My bride-to-be and I chose a getaway wedding/honeymoon at a Savannah bed and breakfast. It's called the Ballastone Inn. Although I wasn't sure what to expect from a Savannah bed and breakfast, it couldn't have been more perfect. We had a private wedding ceremony in their courtyard. They worked well with us to plan everything to a T. Out of their finer rooms, we chose the China Trade suite. This was a wonderful place to enjoy a honeymoon. I'll never get over the Oriental themed room. The grand four-poster bed alone was outstanding. I highly recommend this particular Savannah bed and breakfast to anyone that chooses a weekend Savannah getaway or a romantic honeymoon.
Savannah Bed & Breakfast
One of the finer aspects of staying in a Savannah bed and breakfast is the scenery. If you don't care for the cobblestone streets, then maybe you'll love the historic buildings and relaxing carriage rides. You can sip a glass of champagne while you listen to the tour guide's Savannah history lesson. Make a Savannah bed and breakfast your next romantic stop.
